You Make Me Smile

Hey there, ready for a new Just Us Girls challenge? Cécile picked a fun photo this week that gives you so many choices!

Did you have any doubt as to which of those rocks I would pick? Polka dots for the win! I used an old PTI Mat Stack stamp for this one. The 'YOU' in my sentiment is from a Simply Graphic set and the 'make me smile' is Inkadinkado. I masked off the 'you' on that one. The cover plate used in the background is by Lil Inkers, thanks Michele! The swirls reminded me of the basket holding the rocks.

Funny thing about those black enamel dots. There were three on the card. After loading the image on the computer I noticed one was missing! It was nowhere to be found. Who knows where that will turn up... or when!!

Thanks for taking a peek today. While you're peeking, why not check out what all of my teammates and our April guest designer, Mac Mable have to share!

This is perfectly sweet Lisa, and perfectly you. Funny how those little things go missing. I lost a paper flip flop the other day and practically turned my craft space upside down looking for it. It must have taken off with your enamel dot.

Your hot pink polka dot label and sentiment pairing make me smile! Hope the enamel dot turns up but your card looks fabulous even without it!

I'd recognize a Lisa Card anywhere - and this one is so perfectly YOU! LOve your hot pink polka dots - and the wonderful font on that sweet sentiment!
The enamel dot will find itself stuck to someone's sock one day for sure!

I love your take on the inspiration, Lisa. I so love that PTI set, and you have used it wonderfully. Love that pink! Love the polkadots and that wonderful pierced background is the perfect stage. The thing about the missing enamel dot made me smile for sure. Love it.

I also have that background stamp, but mine is from Gina K Designs or I have one very similar, who knows. Anyways, your card is CAS=Perfection! I love pink so that is also why I love it so much. As for your MIA gem piece. I found one stuck on my kitchen towel just days ago. LOL Awesome card! Have a great week and also a huge thanks for all the love you give me over on my blog! It is so appreciated! You are a kind human!
