A Little Note

Hi there friends! Nancy is hosting at Just Us Girls for Word Week and she's given us an easy one to work with. The possibilities are endless! I knew just the mammal who would make her debut here today!

Meet Bibi! Is she not the sweetest little thing?! Thanks to some masking, I tucked her into this adorable leaf boat in front of a rising moon. Both images are by Lavinia Stamps. This is not what I had planned for my sentiment. Buuut... when I stamped the musical notes coming from her flute... I stamped one upside down ~ drat! So I had to switch gears to cover my mistake! This card just makes me happy. I hope it bring a smile to your face too!

Okey-dokey, now it's your turn!

What warm blooded animal... or person will you share with us?

So happy to meet you, Bibi! Lisa, this is such a romantic little mouse - she's already charmed the lot of us! [I'm betting there isn't one of us that would have noticed that upside down note!]

Been there, done that too with your sentiment, but you rebounded beautifully, and I would never have known it was an oops!! Loving your embossed background too! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

How adorable! I love the images and the moon you created. The upside down note could have been a wrong one she tooted! LOL!

Great save Lisa. We wouldn't have know about the oopsie if you hadn't told us. Fabulous layout and so very clever. Love the soft colour tones.

I love Lavinia stamps, though I don't own any. I love this card, and I love that little flautist. The background is awesome, and I love your take on the inspiration. I love the way you solved your musical note issue. Fabulous.
