Easter Blessings

Hey there! Sue is hosting CAS week at Just Us Girls. It's also the final week for our March guest designer, Michele Ferguson. I've loved having you with us this month, Michele and I hope to see more of your marvelous cards in our gallery in the future!

I created an Easter card using Sue's 1/3 or less guideline. I started with a little green and blue ink blending. My sweet friend Marcia Hill sent me these Crocus die cuts last year. I colored them with Copics then adhered them to the card before trimming the stems off. I love that the grass shows through the vellum sentiment banner!

We look forward to seeing your card (or cards!) in our gallery!

I'll be linking my card up at Addicted to CAS, they're looking for spring cards!

I can't believe that these words are going to come out of my fingertips, Lisa - this might be my favorite of all the beauties that you've created... and that is saying A LOT! I'm now sorry that I didn't bring home a few of those crocuses for myself - I'd be CASEing this one until next Easter!
Thank you, sweet friend, for inviting me to play cards with you and the JUGS team this month... I've loved every assignment!

Fabulous example of how impactful a CAS card can make a BIG entrance. It is so soft and sweet and GORGEOUS! And vellum always gives a soft feel to cards. I just love this card so much!
