Hello and Happy Valentine's Day to you! I'm sharing a quick post today with my card for The Paper Players challenge. LeAnne picked a lovely color palette that I couldn't pass up! Take a look...
After a long wait of it being out of stock everywhere, I finally got my hands on the pretty Cosmos Backdrop plate and stencils by Spellbinders! My sweet friend Nancy (aka the enabler!!) let me know this could be hot foiled and that's just what I've done here. Once I foiled it with Pewter foil, I was good to go with the stenciling. The light and dark pinks look so pretty on the petals. Two shades of gray were used on the leaves and the darker gray on the sentiment. A sprinkling of sequins and she was good to go! I love the way this turned out!

Holy guacamole, even if you hadn't used my colors, I would have been in love with this! What a gorgeous image and it is even more beautiful in grays and pinks! SO happy you played with my colors this week at the Players!
Lisa, this is GORGEOUS!!!! I have not tried to hot foil, but his beauty makes me want to give it a try. I love the beautiful stenciled flowers, too. So glad you you joined us at The Paper Players this week!

This is absolutely GORGEOUS Lisa! LOVE the pewter foiling and the lovely soft colors...could not be more beautiful! I have been waiting for notification that this was back in stock, and although SB is still showing not available, SSS has the press plate, but not the stencils...grrrrrr! I'm hoping at some point SB will offer the stencils separately (or SSS) since I did purchase the Press Plate. And the enabling continues... Haha!! Hugs. :0)
This is absolutely gorgeous and one would think it's designer paper, but no. You can make it many times over in any colors you desire, but I really love the pinks and grays. I'm glad you got your hands on it. Delightful!
